Placing a plaque in Tarazona de la Mancha in memory of Canadian Charles Cowie, whose grandaughter, Michelle Mason, came to Spain in July 2011 to make the forthcoming programme “A Song for Carlos”. The gentleman in the hat is not me! I lent it to protect his bald head from the burning sun!
